Scheduling your first session is easy. Follow these steps to get started today:
Paperwork is easy with our Client Portal. We will send you an email to access it after your session is booked. There you can review and sign a few simple documents, and we can start providing therapy services. If you need help with anything, our team is available through email or phone.
Try to arrive a few minutes early to your session. Your therapist will greet you and you can begin your first session in a private and safe environment. The initial appointment is about building trust between you and your therapist. They will ask you a few background questions, and we encourage you to ask any questions you have as well. Together, you will begin working on a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.
Your therapist will wrap up by finding a convenient time to meet next. If something comes up and you aren’t able to make a session, don’t worry. We have a flexible cancellation policy, so you can reschedule or cancel 24 hours or more before your session. You will also have access to your therapist if you ever have any questions or concerns in between sessions.

Give our team a call and we will be happy to verify your benefits if we can. If not, we can discuss our affordable self-pay rates so finances are never a barrier to receiving mental health care.
